The SUREbyt Question
In this video, Dr Cara Daly, a Lecturer and Plant Science Researcher in Waterford Institute of Technology asks the question:
What happens when we grow plants upside down?
- The plant exhibits ‘plasticity’, which is, an ability to change its direction of growth.
- The plant will cease growth completely.
- The plant won’t look too different to a plant growing in the normal orientation.
